Isabella walked down the aisle in the library heading for the main desk, she had spent most of the morning in there and had collected all the books she needed for her massively long charms essay that needed to be handed in sometime that week. She stopped at the front desk and dumped the book in front of the librarian, dust puffed out at her and Issy stepped back a smirk on her face and the librarian coughed a few times before checking the books out.
Issy stuffed the books into her bag and then headed out of the doors. As she turned to the corner arm already acheing from the heavy book in her now very strained bag, she saw a flash of the slytherin uniform and a face she knew, she had been without social interaction for the last three hours. She walked over to them and smiled "Hey, what you up to?" she asked as she stopped in front of them.

Briony Nott had been walking through the fourth floor, with nothing really to do. She had been on practically every floor of the building, hoping to find someone to do something with. The look of distaste only increased as she only found a few hufflepuffs and ravenclaws on this floor. Where the bloody hell are they? she thought to herself, wondering where all her friends could possibly be. She pushed her way through the crowds, knocking over a little ravenclaw girl, whom just sent a glare as Briony walked off smirking. The girl scrambling too her feet and grabbing everything she had dropped.
Briony was just about to give up her quest for familiarity when she heard someone talk. "Oh Issy.. thank god.. I've been bored out of my mind. Where the bloody hell is everyone?"she asked looking around still before returning her gaze towards Isabella. She had known Isabella for quite awhile now, not only had they been in the same year, their parents also knew each other.

Issy shurgged "Ive been hidden away in the library all morning, not something i wanted to do really, but we have so much work to do this year" Issy rolled her eyes "You get any lessons left today?" he asked Briony, the two girls had spent a lot of there free lessons last year together and a few other slytherin, this year so far though, things had been kind of hectic and she hadn't seen many of her friends yet.

Briony made a face at the thought of sitting in the library all day. She only went in there when she had to, and only for a book. She preferred to do her homework in the comfort of the Slytherin Common Room. Lets see.. She already had transfiguration, potions and charms today.. "Nope.. I'm done for today.."she said mentally making a list of the classes she had tomorrow. "What about you?"she asked, hoping she didn't. She was practically the only friend she had seen all day..

Issy shook her head "None today" he said "I would have had Herbology this morning but the lesson was cancelled" he said with a hint of happiness in her voice, she hated herbology "Can we go sit somewhere?" she asked Briony "This bag is so heavy i swear i'm going to loose my arm if i have to hold it any longer" he said shifting the bag on her shoulder trying to make herself a little more comfortable.

Briony sighed. "Ugh you're lucky.. I've got herbology tomorrow..Its a stupid class."she muttered as they were walking. She looked around a moment for a place for them to sit. "and yeah.. we can sit."she said motioning towards the bench. "What do you have in that bag?"she asked curiously as they took a seat. She herself never carried more than three books at a time. Sometimes she'd just so happen to "forget" her books for a certain lesson. She didn't care. She still did the work, she just hated lugging around the book. Its not like they really used them in class anyways.

"Book from the library" she said "Like five of them" Issy rolled her eyes "I will dump them later" she said sitting on the bench and flinging her bag down next to her "I swear every herbology i have ever had has something against me, i don't know why i carry on with the subject" she sighed and looked around her "The first years a particulay annoying this year, i must have had five asking me directions today" he told her friend.

Briony nodded and made a face as she mentioned first years. "Yes they are...They think they own the school.. a little ravenclaw got in my way earlier.. just walked right into me.."she said, although knowing she had in fact pushed the little girl over. "I don't remember any of us being nearly as rude... Frankly they should respect the fact that we arent beating them up.."she said glancing around as the little first years scurried past, trying to get to classes, while older students just sort of pushed past them.
